Grace

GRACE

Grace has two main shades of meaning:

Quality of being attractive, beautiful or charming
Favour, good-will, mercy, benediction. It is one of the many attributes of God.

It is a Sikh’s prime-most duty is to have faith in God’s Grace. According to Sikhism, God is always Gracious to each and every being.

To keep grudge against God in one’s mind is a sin for a Sikh. Joy and sorrow must be treated alike and should be considered as gifts from Graceful God.

In order to seek His Grace, one must meditate upon His Name, attend the company of the enlightened people (Saadh Sangat) and live truthful life; but, still, it is His own Will to grant Graceful Bliss to the human beings.
