It means Karam (Grace) from Dhur (the very beginning).
Dhur also means the One who has been from the very beginning (i.e. God).
Hence, it mean: Grace of God; directly from God; from the very beginning.
DHUR MASTAK
Destiny written by God on mastak (forehead).
It means pre-ordained or pre-destined.
